Hello,
Separate to the ongoing shadow ban issues I face with my profile, today I noticed an odd error displayed on my profile on the web version of Maps.
It’s as if it can’t load in the points. Anyone else had this?

It can be frustrating to encounter error messages, @Ian_Fry . In this case, it seems like this is just a visual error—I am facing it as well—perhaps related to a change from blue to orange colors.
I see the same bug:
@DeniGu Would you care to alert the relevant team?
The issue is not to be found in the Android app.
Cheers
Morten

So I have moved your post to keep Connect well-organized.

Same here. But the points points are displayed normally in my phone.
Hi @Ian_Fry , @MortenCopenhagen and everyone else,
Are you still experiencing this? I just checked my account and it’s displaying the number of points as expected. Please let me know what you see!

Hi @DeniGu ,
Yes, this bug is still showing on the web version of Google Maps.
I am seeing the same as I shared in the screenshot on Friday.
Thanks,
Ian
Yes, that’s right. This bug only seems to be on the web version.
Thanks for letting me know, @MortenCopenhagen , @kaho4g and @Ian_Fry .
Can you please share what browser you’re using? And if you still see this error after clearing cache and cookies and in an incognito window?
Incognito = no improvement
After clearing 304MB cache = No improvement.
After restart chrome =
Restarting after clearing the cache fixed the issue on my end.
Chrome Version:
Version 112.0.5615.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi @MortenCopenhagen , @DeniGu
How odd. I have cleared cache for Google and restarted Chrome but still not seeing points.
Weirdly, I checked your profile Morten and yours is still showing the bug for me too and so has not fixed it publicly (please see below).
Thanks,
Ian
Thank you for the info, @MortenCopenhagen and @Ian_Fry !
@Ian_Fry Which Chrome browser version are using? I’ll need it to escalate this to the relevant teams to investigate.
It can take quite a long time to clear the cache. Restarting chrome needs to be done so that no chrome windows open in the background.
Just trying to be helpful.
Cheers
Morten
This is my version: Version 113.0.5672.93 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) (German, Windows 10)
Same problem in …
MS Edge: Version 113.0.1774.42 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit) and
Brave: Version 1.51.114 Chromium: 113.0.5672.92 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) and
Firefox 113.0.1 (64-Bit)
Hi @DeniGu
I am using the latest version - 113.05.5672.93
I don’t think it is related to caching as I have tried in an incognito window and the bug is still present.
Thanks,
Ian
