Maybe is the air, maybe wine and food, maybe is because of me…

There is a city, a small town on the north-east of Italy, where the Local Guides loves to meet. It happened in the past, and still happen frequently.

Just three days ago, on my third anniversary in Local Guides Connect, I had a great surprise. One of the greatest Local Guides of the earth, @NatalkaR , decided to meet me for dinner.

Natalyia was not the first. “Meeting in Treviso” started to become trendy on 2017, when @AlejandraMaria reached us in November, followed by many others, that decided to spend at least a few hours with me and @AntonellaGr

The “few hours” with Natalyia and her family have been fantastic, since we haven’t met in person for a long time, since October 2018 in San Francisco.

We had time for a walk in the city, an aperitif (prosecco of course), a dinner, and a long long chat.

Well, I have to admit, we literally monopolized the conversation, giving little space for conversation to our relatives, but we had so many things to tell us …

Friends all over the world, this is the extra benefit of Local Guides Connect. So, what is special in Treviso?

Treviso is located at 30 km to Venice, and 70 km to Dolomite mountains

Treviso is Famous all over the world for two products: Prosecco wine, that is produced on the hills close to the city (Exploring Italian Wines - A Modern Traditional Art), and of Tiramisù, that has been invented in here: Treviso Tiramisù Day

Lucky that you live in such a beautiful town, with outstanding food and wine :wine_glass:! In fact I never have had the chance to taste the full range so expect a Wine Meetup will be announced very soon.

while I do not love Italy due to food and wine, but due to humans like @AntonellaGr and you I met there :wink:

Good morning. Congratulations on your 3rd anniversary of your local guide. The beauty of Treviso town is exceptional. The buildings, food, wine and great friends all shine. I want to go to Treviso someday and eat Prosecco wine and tiramisu.

And I want to enjoy a delicious Italian meal with you and @Giuseppe75 and some great friends.

My goal is to make it to your country again and to visit you and your town, Treviso, @ErmesT !

Once I get there it maybe hard to get rid of me. = )

My agenda:

:white_check_mark: eating :spaghetti: :ice_cream: :pizza: :cheese::baguette_bread::meat_on_bone::cut_of_meat:

:white_check_mark: drinking local beverages :champagne::coffee:

:white_check_mark: sightseeing :camera_flash:

:white_check_mark: wild mushroom :mushroom: hunting

:white_check_mark: being in Venice after the tourist are gone for the day

:white_check_mark: searching for the best lattes and cappuccinos :coffee: and enjoying cafe life

:white_check_mark: visiting your favorite wineries :wine_glass::clinking_glasses:

:white_check_mark: visiting a Christmas :christmas_tree: Fair

:white_check_mark: Being in the Italian Alps

That is just your area. Then there is Naples @LuigiZ and Parma @Giuseppe75 (cheese and ham)
