Hello @alifaisaly, a common problem, we are all facing: Many edits are rejected or pending for 90 days until rejected for no apparent reason.
Some local guides including myself reported a more likely acceptance, when starting with extremely short segments always starting at a road which already exists on the map.
In your case, I would start with the part, I marked in red here:

Not that I am aware of. It is just a matter of our experiences that shorter segments get approved faster and more likely.

What the screenshot shared by you says is that your edit you proposed on July 18 is pending, not that the road was not accepted.
And in fact, by checking the link shared by you, we can see a pending road added on that day.
This is basically a good news, because it means that the edit makes sense, and passed the first screening made by the AI, otherwise it would have been rejected in a few hours.
The time of approval of a road may vary from a few hours up to 90 days. Until the edit is still pending it doesn’t makes any sense to add a new one on the same position. On the contrary, that action will create a mess in the area.
Unfortunately pending edits are not visible on mobile, and this can create a bit of misunderstanding about that email.
I suggest you to wait and to check your edit once per week on your list of contributions in Google Maps, and ONLY id the edit is rejected then you can add it again.
Long road are usually difficult to get approved (yours is 1.3 Km long) so like @WilfriedB I suggest you to edit in steps. 3 steps should be ok. In the past I had also long roads (13 Km) approved, but usually I suggest to edit a long road in steps.
