Tokyo-Nihon a city full of contrasts-Some tips

Hi everyone!

Following, I will tell you my experience in Tokyo, If only It was useful for one of you, It would make me a little bit happier! jeje (So let me know)

Tip#1 Web
After a deep surfing through internet, we finally chose the web “japon entre amigos”

I recommend travelling with them If you want a full-time support.

Tip#2 Plane
First of all: Is important to fly with Finnair or Iberia. Other companies… I dont recommend at all. The worst of this journey is the long that it is. You spend about 20 hours flying! Tip#2.1 Planes are cheaper in Haneda airport.

In addition I recommend you to carry your tablet and your USB.

Tip#3 Money:

  • Avoid chanching money in Spain. You will have a good change in the airport when you arrive to Japan. I recommend using N26 to buy with credit card.
  • Usually you will need cash in Japan.

Tip#4 Food:

  • Supermarket 7/11 and his delicious Onigiri!
  • There is a lot of restaurants, however people are used to smoke inside.

NOTE 1: There isnt garbage´s bins in the street! But you will find boxes to recycle cans.

NOTE 2: Weater is scorching, wet and cloudy in July. For further information, I recommend you checking before leaving. There are severals web on internet.

Tip#5 Subway

  • You will need your Suica card. Is easy to obtain.

  • Any doubts? Google is your best friend if you need to go somewhere. Just write it down in browser and let you go!

Tip#6 Phone

  • A good idea is to buy a SIM.

Tip#7 Hotel:

Hotel Edoya is a good choice!

Tip#8 Best things to do in Tokyo in pictures (next time I will use Google Drive)

NOTE 3: Try Joypolis!! in Odayba

After all, I could say that Tokyo seems like a different world or realm. If you see a “Tori” there is the peace, however, when you are outside the “Tori” everything turns a little bit crazy.

I could say that I actually miss Onigiri!!

Final Tip

Dont forget your power bank. Surely you will take a lot of photos. And remember the more you enjoy, the better!

See you in maps!
