How far is this place from the closest inhabited area? Are there any cafes or restaurants where one can have a drink or something to eat?

Hello @BorrisS i went there for a first time along with my friend this place is 24.2km far from high way but surrounding there are many villages.there are cafes and restaurants on top of hill.
