The sumptuous traditional food of Himachal-Siddu

The traditional dish of Himachal Pradesh is Siddu which is very popular. Siddu is commonly eaten during the winter season to maintain body temperature and also boost energy.

It looks interesting @kashika_madaan are there many flavours of chutney to do with the dish?

@PaulPavlinovich some serve it with mayo, some with red chilli chutney (which is served with momos), some serve it with mint chutney

But this one went perfect with Siddu

I am partial to a nice mango chutney myself @kashika_madaan I have never tried this dish, I will see if I can find it locally. We have an extensive Indian community in nearby suburbs so there are many authentic food choices near me.
