The most visited tourist places in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Kuala Lumpur (KL) is Malaysia’s capital city. It is one of Asia’s most vibrant and friendliest cities. Everyone here, even the bus drivers, speak English!

Now, KL provides free bus service for tourists to see the fun areas.

Here are the TOP 3 places in KL you must see!

1.The World’s Tallest Twins - Petronas Twin Towers

A trip to KL will be meaningless if you skip the Twin Towers. These are the World’s Tallest Twin Towers. They were even the tallest buildings in the world until 2004. Now they are just the tallest twins. Make sure to visit the Sky Bridge between the towers for the best night view in KL.

2.The World’s Tallest Lord Murugan Statue - Batu Caves

Batu Caves is one of the most famous Hindu temples in the world. You must climb 272 painted colorful steps to reach the top. The stairs are were recently painted in August 2018 so it you will have some very colorful photos. The addition of more colors has made this place even more popular for Instagram hungry tourists. Besides all of the colors, you can get a blessing and watch the Indian culture up close. Fascinating.

3.Bukit Bintang

Bukit Bintang is another must see tourist attraction. You can find local foods at Jalan Alor Walking street. There is great people watching there and at the Changkat nightlife street one block away. In addition to the party on Changkat, there is one more thing to do now. Bring along your camera and take some memorable photos of the street art!

Every part in the earth are beautiful! I been to Indonesia but I haven’t visit the Komodo dragon yet! Hopefully I will visit them soon!

Hey, @QiangHui I stayed in Kuala Lumpur by Jalan Tum Sambanthan street near NU Sentral for a month holiday in 2016 and it was an exceptional experience. I visited some of the places you shared but unfortunately, I lost 98% of the photos after that I learned through the hard way to use Google Photos. Malaysia is an amazing country so rich in culture and nice people etc… Gaaad I miss the foods :sob::sob:Your photos are beautiful, great post and thanks for sharing!

Hi @sma_sayeed ! Yes, beside Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia have many interesting place and less tourists know about it. I will post soon with about oldest Royal House in Malaysia. The good news is the entry fee is FREE!

Your welcome and nice to know you too @QiangHui . Well most of the foods were exotic to me apart from some of the Indian cuisines. Friends were taking me to different places to try various nice foods and I lost some of that information before I could publish it. Wow! you are making me all excited to visit again soon. Thank you!

Great post @QiangHui !! As a fellow Malaysian, I am always proud and happy to see posts about Malaysia… hopefully good and happy posts!! Thanks for sharing to the community! Your posts are great too because there’s just enough texts and pictures that makes is such a nice simple but informative post!

Bukit Bintang is an interesting choice; I definitely agree with the other two. It is very touristy but it’s also very shopper centric. I kinda like the Chinatown/Pasar Seni area… kinda gritty but I do like the old shop lots. My surprise favourite is the Islamic Arts Museum which I’ve only been to once. I liked it because there were great examples of patterns and motifs used in Islamic art which is fascinating.

Curious to know what @StephenAbraham and @PavelSarwar has to say about KL!
