It has been almost a month after Connect Live 2026 that was held in Singapore on July 30th - 31st, 2026. However, the sweet memories and experiences that I got will always linger in mind forever 
For me, Connect Live is an amazing event, all thanks to Google that brought us, the Local Guides from all around the world to meet and gather together in person, either for the first time or several times that is like a sweet reunion with the Local Guides that you have met before.
Connect Live Singapore 2026 was attended by the Local Guides from Asia-Pacific and Australia. We had 15 Local Guides from Indonesia. In other words, you could call us as Team Tempeh. Wohoo 
They were @NunungAfuah @iyudhi @doc_dells @sejuta_pelangi @Andhyka @irulmusmus @ns_septi @MasJon @AnisaAe @Dinithea @inadwiana @Fachry_MyID @renyraynada21 @ISAIKBALULSURUR , and definitely me 
It was so nice meeting them again and some who I met for the the first time in person. Just like the typical of Indonesian hospitality, they were so kind and friendly

Thursday, July 30th, 2026
I am a true Foodie Local Guide that cannot skip breakfast (this is also the rule in my family not to skip it 
), so I went to the restaurant in the hotel where we stayed. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I immediately felt the warmness through the genuine smile and greeting from the Local Guides
I joined the table where South Asia Meetup 26 hosted by @MohammadPalash was still ongoing and almost finished. Thank you so much for the special gift, including the Bangladesh Local Guides stamp book that you have prepared for me. Really appreciate it 
That Thursday afternoon was the beginning of Connect Live official event where we were grouped by the Googlers and had some missions to do together. I was in the same group with @sejuta_pelangi @Andhyka @ns_septi @irulmusmus . We were in the Group 5 with 
as the symbol
Such a special group where we were all from Indonesia 
The duration of this mission was 90 minutes.
After that, we came back to the hotel lobby and got ready to visit Google Singapore to start the sessions, then continuing with Connect Live’s tradition : Take One, Leave One as a part of the Thursday Welcome Reception where we voluntarily brought the souvenirs, then freely took the souvenirs from other Local Guides.
For me, the Take One, Leave One was so merry and lively just like we were in a market doing the business
On that day, it was also so pleased to meet again with @Kristen_NYC @Latika_Malhotra @TinaWill @TiffanyBnyc @KevinKwok
You guys are a SUPER TEAM indeed!
Friday, July 31st, 2026
This was the second and last day with full sessions from the morning at Google Singapore Office.
We had lunch together at the office that was served with various dishes, from the rice, fried kway teow (fried white thick noodle), satay, fish, vegetables, as well as the cute macaron and cookie with the beauty Local Guides logo on them. All of them was so good, especially the soy sauce fish! It was so soft and definitely high in protein. I loved it, even I had the fish for my second plate 
The closing reception was so special as it was held at TopTable where we were served with plentiful of foods and free flow drinks. I really appreciated how they separated the Halal and Non-Halal foods there. This is an all-in-one place where we could enjoy the togetherness with good foods, drinks, and friends while playing the table tennis, fossball, and even the fun yet hard F1 Simulator that I wanted to try the most! (Finally, I could drive the F1 
)
As a closing, I would like to repeat the title of this post. From the bottom of my heart, I was so thrilled and grateful to be able to attend Connect Live 2026 Singapore. Thank you so much for the sweet memories, Singapore 
especially the lovely people in this event
