I am excited to share a special story for @Globe_trotter_Ish’s Support Women on Maps Challenge :woman:t2: and @TusharSuradkar’s Chai Pe Charcha :teapot:.

During my last visit to Bangalore, I stopped at a Tea Boy outlet in BTM Layout. While Tea Boy is a popular franchise, what makes this specific shop stand out is the team behind the counter.

This franchise is entirely run and managed by a woman and her daughter. It was wonderful to see this mother-daughter duo working together to handle the daily operations of their business. Their coordination and hard work bring a unique, warm energy to the stall that you don’t always find in larger chains.
