Hey @ViVSoft sorry to hear this issue. Please read this article Questions about Street View Read this first . If the problem is still occur then please update the application or uninstall it and again download it I think it maybe helpful.
Have you tried the steps that @Mukul_Anand suggested? Updating the application, uninstalling and installing it again?

But no luck. I also installed the Streetview app on another Android and iOS device. No Luck. On all device stats shows for my one profile, but for the main profile, it just spins and spins. On iOS, eventually it says something like “an error occurred”.
I can see my photos and street views on both profiles, but when I click on stats, the one just spins and spins. It did work a month ago.
I’ll forward this to the responsible team to check, and will let you know when I have more to share.
Edit: I wanted to remind you that Local Guides are allowed to participate in the program with only one account. Participation with more than one account is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent removal. If you’re signed up for Local Guides with more than one account, please exit the program from your additional accounts.
Don’t really know how to log out of the app on my Android phone, but on my iPhone I removed the profile from my device and added my profile again. That caused me to sign in again, but sadly that did not resolve the issue. After logging in and using the StreetView app, the stats still spins and spins and never shows any stats.
I am having same issues as VIV, I already removed my account from the device through the app, then removed the app and reinstalled it. I signed up again and my problem remains. stats icon is still spinning with no stats to show. My approved 360 photos count is not updated as well as the number of views count.
Perhaps I should speak up as well on this thread. It’s been 10 days ago since I uploaded some photopath and it still says processing…
I have sent a message on the help page of the streetview app no response whatsoever yet. I have tried clearing the cache,I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. I have noticed that uploading photosphere and photopath has been quite slow and faulty in the last few months.
Any help from you and the team concerned will be well appreciated.
