Street View Stats just spins

Hello everyone…

I have an issue. For the past month my street view stats no longer shows for my main account. In the app I can see my i360 and street view mages etc, but when I click stats, it just spins and nothing happens. Trying another profile on the device works, I can see my stats, but for this profile, nothing…

This is all I see in stats.

Any help appreciated.

Hey @ViVSoft sorry to hear this issue. Please read this article Questions about Street View Read this first . If the problem is still occur then please update the application or uninstall it and again download it I think it maybe helpful.

Have you tried the steps that @Mukul_Anand suggested? Updating the application, uninstalling and installing it again?

So far I’ve tried:

  • Uninstalling and re-installing the Streetview app

  • Clearing Cache on the device

  • Changing DNS to Google DNS

But no luck. I also installed the Streetview app on another Android and iOS device. No Luck. On all device stats shows for my one profile, but for the main profile, it just spins and spins. On iOS, eventually it says something like “an error occurred”.

I can see my photos and street views on both profiles, but when I click on stats, the one just spins and spins. It did work a month ago.

Edit: I wanted to remind you that Local Guides are allowed to participate in the program with only one account. Participation with more than one account is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent removal. If you’re signed up for Local Guides with more than one account, please exit the program from your additional accounts.

Can you please log out of the Street View app and log in again, and let me know if you’re still experiencing this?

Don’t really know how to log out of the app on my Android phone, but on my iPhone I removed the profile from my device and added my profile again. That caused me to sign in again, but sadly that did not resolve the issue. After logging in and using the StreetView app, the stats still spins and spins and never shows any stats.

Hello DeniGu,

I am having same issues as VIV, I already removed my account from the device through the app, then removed the app and reinstalled it. I signed up again and my problem remains. stats icon is still spinning with no stats to show. My approved 360 photos count is not updated as well as the number of views count.

Perhaps I should speak up as well on this thread. It’s been 10 days ago since I uploaded some photopath and it still says processing…

I have sent a message on the help page of the streetview app no response whatsoever yet. I have tried clearing the cache,I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. I have noticed that uploading photosphere and photopath has been quite slow and faulty in the last few months.

Any help from you and the team concerned will be well appreciated.

Hi @vodafox , thank you for flagging this. The Street View team is aware of this issue and working on solving it.

Hey @SholaIB , please allow 14 days for your photopath to get uploaded. If it’s still processing after this time, please reach out again to the team via the Street View app, including a screenshot and any additional details.

This week my view counts stared moving again, they were frozen for a few weeks.

Stats however still spins with no result.
