One of Cambodia's icons, the place is located in downtown of Phnom Penh. You can going around this complex and also taking a picture. But you can't take a picture in inside of palace because of the privacy by the owners of palace. The fee of charge for foreigners is $10 per person and free of charge if you're Cambodian.
