thank you so much @TravellerG . It has been a wonderful journey for the whole family.
11 day on the road and we kept moving and changed hotels every day, or in some places every 2 days :). It was a melange of international chained hotels, AirBnB, motels and lodges, as we stopped in many small cities along the way.
We flew from Wellington to Christchurch and started our road trip from there.
Some of the cities we visited are: Christchurch, Akaroa, Fairlie, Lake Tekapo, Mt. Cook, Lake Pukaki, Twizel, Wanaka, Queenstown, Glenorchy, Milford Sound, Te Anau, Manapouri, Riverton, Invercargill, The Caitlins (Slope Point, Curio Bay, McLean Falls, Florence Hills Lookout, Nugget Points Lighthouse, Kaka Point, Balclutha), then Dunedin (where we went watching the concert @chilipeppers concert ), and back to Queenstown to fly back to windy Wellington.

Happy to do sooo @renata1 . One of the joy of traveling is capturing the magnificent nature surrounding us. I have to say I have been blessed with the opportunity to actually see different places in many parts of the world. And sharing it to others brings tremendous feeling as well

Thanks, mate… I have to go back here again during winter and although I’m bad at ski (tried it in Geneva, CH and Mt Jura, FR years ago and I just know it’s not for me LOL), I’d love to check out other winter fun in the area @AdamGT . Let’s just hope winter this year won’t be that crazily busy last like year…

Thank you very much for appreciating the Villa at Yercaud - yes, dear friend, @DENIT33 - fortunately, we could procure that Bills in 2001. In our campound, no villa is available for the past decade.

At the same time, the trip would haven touring also… Right?
Evening/night checking in the hotel, morning check out and travel… Though I too have such experiences, some times it has become a little burden, essentially travel with children.
Anyway, happy that you enjoyed & completed the trip successfully.
