Hai guys, this my second time to write on this community, Im level 7 local guide and from Surabaya Indonesia.
Couple days ago, I received sock from Google UK as a perk. Does anyone ever get the same perk? Or anyone get other perk?
My question is:
What is the criteria to someone who get perk? does everyone in level 7 get the same perk?
I truly blind about perk’s rules…

Hello @suzQ , I once had such a problem, please edit the picture by cropping by just a fraction if using your iOS or Android phone, should you be using your laptop, use the snipping tool to reduce the size and try again.

I resized it so many times - I guess my resolution is very big. Eh. oh well.

I got an email from Google Local Guide stating ‘Your September contributions unlocked a special perk’. The perk I received is a pair of socks. I followed all the instructions, typed in the details and the 16 digit redemption code. It went through but I didn’t get any confirmation mail or any link that they received the details. Is it ok or do I need to get an email confirmation or any kind of acknowledgement mail?
Btw, this is my ever first perk from Google Maps, I’m so excited! Eagerly waiting to receive it and flaunt it where in the local guide logo is printed. It’s so motivating!

I don’t remember getting a confirmation - but (as you can see) I got my sox.
They are fun.
I love freeee stuff…so GOOGLE - keep sending that stuff out.
At my level of contribution - it is hard to get to the next level (I didn’t realize how motivating levels and gifts are).
Got the confirmation mail — it was in the spam mails @suzQ .

I got an email from Google inform me about this perk as a local guide. But when I try to redeem the code, suddenly comes pop up which said that there’s some issues about my code or email. I’ve tried more than 10times by different browser but still doesn’t work. I want the socks so bad :(( Anyone can help?
