See contributions on the map

I’m looking for a way to see my past contributions to Google Maps as points on the map, not just a list.

Is there a way to do this?

I don’t think, it is possible on the mobile app, but when you open My Contributions" → ReviewsorPhotos on your desktop, you see a red pin for each place in the list and there are more pins visible while your scroll down in the list:

Only very recently, we found out, this also applies to edits. However, that seems to rolled out in stages and is not available to all users yet.

Thanks. That would be great if it wasn’t so buggy.
Every time I zoom in to another place than around my hometown, it zooms out and I can’t see the places.

I haven’t noticed that. In fact, when I zoom in and then scroll down in the list, it does keep the zoom level and I can zoom out if necessary.
When zooming, be careful, though. If you accidentally hit the button above the + (marked in red on my screenshot), it will indeed zoom to your home location. It happened to me many times when clicking the + multiple times, not watching the screen carefully enough:

Doing some testing, I think the reason is, it zooms out to show all the pins of places in the first page of the contributions list. For example if you click on My Contributions → Photos it shows the position of the first ten photos. Clicking on My Contributions → Reviews now, changes the zoom center and level to the first reviews. The same happens for Edits and Responses.
And as I said above, as soon as you manually zoom in or out or scroll down further in the list, it keeps that view.
