@SwetaDhondoo With regards to you question: yes, you will need to register for EuroMeetup even if you’re attending ConnectLIVE. The events are separate so it will help us with the head count for EuroMeetup. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them here!

@MarkAuchincloss Darn.. I assume that you have your own travel plans after ConnectLIVE Dublin? If you are still around on Friday evening, there will be a mini social to try and get both groups under the same roof!

@deepakjhic Ooh, I’m not sure we’ll be able to include a virtual session during EuroMeetup2026. At the moment, there are no plans for any formal talks/discussions so no opportunity to create a virtual session out of it.
@Laurent Ah, no.. 
EuroMeetup will not be competing with ConnectLIVE at all. It’ll take place after ConnectLIVE so those attendees will not miss anything and can happily join the EuroMeetup group after! It’s a win-win for everyone!

@SoniaK Well, EuroMeetup is usually in June so keep that month free in the future and who knows.. 
There’s already some chatter about next year… seems like a few potential hosts are wanting to do something special… so will see what happens!

@AdrianLunsong Looks to be a very interesting and engaging four days of fun and knowledge sharing. With so many moderators in attendence it would be a great opportunity to learn and be mentored. Oh! How i wish to be able to attend this. Maybe next year. Dublin especially for literature lovers is a great city. Looking forward to the pics and the recap.

SO….. any idea if the flight booking team will charge us a penalty for changing our flight dates!? Because I booked mine same week we got the invite.
I’m happy to stay on an extra day or two for the Euro Meetup ‘26, but not sure how that would work…

Hi Kristin - I’m in the same boat and have already booked to come home on Sunday 10th. I’m not sure I want the hassle of rebooking and changing all my hotel arrangements etc, so I’ll be there for half of EM26
