On December 14th (Sunday), we gathered virtually for a special session for the discussion on Kochi Mega Meetup 2026 at Kerala, India. It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm of the community with more than 20 local guides joining in for the virtual discussion to hear about the briefing and ask questions!

We love the interactive virtual session where important points were shared by fellow local guides and we are thankful for giving us right information so that we can make the Mega Meetup to be an unforgettable memorable trip for everyone.

Agenda of the Mega Meetup

During the virtual meetup, we walked through the schedule of the Mega Meetup, along with the travel , accommodation and other logistics. We wanted to have a perfect balance of Community bonding , Food , Exploration and Photography .

Here is the plan we presented:

1. 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM : Indoor Meet & Greet - We will kick things off with an engaging indoor session at the Venue Hall📍 where everyone can introduce themselves, network and share their Local Guides stories.

2. 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM : Photo Walk & Food Crawl - After the introductions, we will hit the streets to capture the beauty of the area and taste some local flavors.

3. 12:30 PM - 01:30 PM : Lunch Break - A time to recharge and enjoy a hearty meal together.

4. 01:30 PM - 06:00 PM : City Exploration🚶‍♂️- We will spend the afternoon exploring the vibrant city of Kochi, visiting key landmarks and hidden gems.

Q & A and Discussion

Following the discussion on plans for the Kochi Mega Meetup, we opened the Q & A section. We discussed travel ideas, accommodations and clarified most of the doubts from the local guides for the mega meetup. I will surely join the Mega meetup, if I am in India @TravellerG Sir. I have visited Kochi when I was 5 years old. Other times it was a transit visit only. Very much like to explore along with our Local Guides.
