hello guys, this is my first post and I feel really glad to know you that as same as last year the local guide connect live is also held this year in California and applications are open for it on March 2, 2020 and it will be closed on March 30, 2020. I know that I am not eligible for the summit and but feel good to see that how Google appreciate our work and give a chance to discover ourselves and many other local guides who are coming from all over the world. I think the way Google appreciate ourself it’s really good and it’ll inspiration for others to become local guide keep it up guys and hope that it will be continued years and years. I want to tell you that it’s my first post and mistakes should be forbidden by you. thank you guys and your suggestions are really important for me to improve myself and my thoughts thank you all.

My understanding of the eligibility criteria for the event 5+ includes the one at five also.
However, let the moderators clarify on that.
Nevertheless, I find that you have 1K+ points already. Reaching 1.5 K by the time the applications open, shouldn’t be difficult.

Thus, while you post photos on Maps, please bear in mind of avoiding the following
- Group photos & selfies.
- Repeat or near-duplicates, even though that may be inadvertent.
- Respect the privacy of others. Means, you need blurring photos of strangers, avoid the ones which show registration plates of vehicles etc.
