Thanks for sharing your idea, that BTW will fit better on Idea exchange, if you want to grab the attention of Google.

BTW, my personal feelings is that we don’t need it. Google photos is already providing us free storage, for photos and videos, at High Resolution. I have thousands photos and hours of videos stored, with no consumption of my storage space
