Pizza Covid - 19

Madrid, 25 Septiembre 2020 de la era Covid -19

Hola,

Tras una semana de incertidumbre en la ciudad de Madrid, en referencia a la situación que se vive por la pandemia mundial, celebro ( o no ) la decisión de no confirmarnos de nuevo en casa.

Sin embargo,

Algo que se desarrolló durante el primer confinamiento que vivimos, vuelve a casa. Debe ser, el recogimiento que marca el fin de un atípico y bienvenido verano…,

O quizás, l

a llegada de un incierto otoño, lo que me anima a cocinar una pizza casera a la que llamo, “el síndrome de la harina”.

De rechupete,

Boquerones y gorgonzola con albahaca fresca.
