Photos under reviews are again missing

@Lateas

Yes I just noticed that yesterday. But this time slightly different thing is under my personal profile the system shows photos are pending for uploading (which has been pending for more than 12 hours). Last time systems shows everything ok in private mode but all photos under reviewed disappeared in public mode.

Some screen shots of my latest review fyi

@DeniGu

Hi @ivanos, thank you for the screenshot. Yes, the “Upload pending” message seems to be a separate issue from what was originally reported in your main topic. There have been reports from other Local Guides as well about this, so I will forward it to the team to investigate.

Hey @Lateas, can you please share more about what you’re experiencing? Are you reporting that you see an “Upload pending” message when you add photos on Maps, or that you don’t see your photos attached to your recent reviews, as what was reported in the main topic?

Photos under the last two reviews as mentioned are now visible publicly. For me can consider the original issue resolved.

@DeniGu

Great, thank you so much for the confirmation, @ivanos! Then I’ll move forward with escalating the “Upload pending” issue only.

The issue of pending upload has now “evolved” into the following: While photos are successfully uploaded and are visible in the photo section, they are still not visible under the review. This would be more like previously reported issue: Under private mode all photos are correctly visible but in public mode photos are new reviews are not visible.

Some update screen shots:

@DeniGu

Thank you for the quick update, @ivanos. Let’s allow some time - at least a couple of days - for the photos to appear publicly, as this seems to be an evolving situation, as you said. :smiling_face:

Edit: In the meantime, new updates about the “Upload pending” issue will be shared in Photo uploads stuck on “Pending”. Thank you.

Looks like the issue is fully resolved.

@DeniGu

Thank you for the update, @ivanos!

I’ll mark your response as the solution as a signal to the community that this issue has been resolved. :smiling_face:
