The Chappli Kabab is a traditional & most famous food that is available in all the leading restaurants and food streets of all over Pakistan. This dish originates from Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa) and is also called as Peshawari Chappli Kabab. I tried it in Karachi at one of the best restaurants for Chappli Kababs namely A-1 Peshawari Chappli Kabab & BarBque
Chappli Kabab made in a patty shape with Beef or Chicken Mince & It is prepared with various spices. It can be served with Naan, Chapati, boiled rice, Pulao Rice, with green Chilli chutney. And it can prepare Chapli Bun Kabab and serve it as refreshment, snack or as a full meal as I did today 
You can prepare it at home as well, here I m sharing a most common Recipe of Peshawari Chappli Kabab, so may be you can try at your home 
Ingredients :
Half Litre : Oil
Half Kg : Beef/ Chicken Mince
02 tbsp : White butter
3 tbsp : Gram flour
01 : Egg
02 tbsp : Crushed coriander seeds
02 tbsp : Pomegranate seeds
02 tbsp : Crushed red pepper
01 tbsp : Turmeric powder
01 tbsp : All spice powder
02 : Tomatoes
02 : Onions
05 : Green Chillies
1/4 Bunch : Coriander leaves
Salt As per Taste
Method :
- Take A bowl which will be enough for half kg food ingredients.
- In a bowl mix together half kg mince, 3 tbsp gram flour, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 2 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp all spice powder, 2 tbsp crushed coriander , 1 tbsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Finely chop 2 tomatoes, 5 green chilies and 1/4 bunch of coriander leaves and 1 onion. Add chopped vegetables to the mince mixture and Mix it.
- Then add 1 egg and 2 tbsp butter. Mix very well.
- Form large patties with the mince mixture.
- Finally fry in a large griddle in deep oil until the colour of Kababs becomes golden brown.
Once the kababs are ready, it can be served can be served with chopped onions, sliced tomatoes, salad along with Chapati, naan etc & with plain or fried rice as well (Pashtun Style) and they can be served with ketchup, mint raita, yogurt, imli chutney too.

Hi @IlankovanT , yes you can add Qorma Masala for taste, but it’s better to use traditional masala for Authentic Pakistani / Peshawari Taste. And I hope you will love it. May be in first try you will not get original taste, but I hope practice will make you An expert Chef who is specialized in Pakistani Cuisine

@shakilahmad46 Shakil Bhai, which place in Peshawar is most famous for Chappli Kababs ? Because I know Namak Mandi is famous for Lamb Karhai and Namkeen Karhai in Peshawar.

@KashifMisidia Yes Namak mandi is the best place for Lam karahi. Tha Most Famous kababi in Peshawar is Jaleel Kabab University road Peshawar. and 2nd one is Rambel Kabab Taroo jaba, GT Road. There many other famous kababies in Peshawar but I have an excellent experience with these.

@IlankovanT dear, if you want the real joy go with the natural flavors (but you can also use korma masala). The spices used, give chapli kebab a real classic taste which is unique in is own way. You can feel every spice individually when its made perfect.
