PANIMUR PICNIC SPOT
Is a famous picnic spot of Dima haso district of state assam India.
It is located approximately 250 km Away from the Nearest airport LPGB International airport Guwahati Assam and Lanka Railway station is the nearest railway station, distance of lanka is around 60 km.
One can reach this place by Assam State Ttranport Corporation bus from Gauhati to Haflong/ Umrangso rout or one can hire a taxi from Lanka also and one can find ASTC at appropriate time scheduled in SHILLONG ROAD LANKA.
Every year thousands of tourists from assam and India visits PANIMUR during new year celebration between the month from December to March.
Point of attraction
The point of attraction is the eye- catching Waterfall and beautiful North Cachar hill with absolute Greenery and evergreen forest.
Your visit will be incomplete if you miss the view of sunset and take a picture of the same.
We along with our college Krishna Bora B.Ed College staff visited the site last year as educational tour cum picnic and enjoyed a lot.
