Offering a smile for free - Outtakes and bloopers of our video applications

You are welcome @PeteMHW , and sorry for being so late.

We need a bit of light, you are right, and we need to dedicate a bit of time every day to clean our mind, to wipe out the dark

This is my daily routine. Are you with me?

The value of this video is a million of smiles

I’m just a bit concerned, as I tried to be “unusual” (LOL), BTW, I will accept your words as a compliment. Well done, my friend, thank you for helping the community to smile. A big hug :hugs:

Yes, I agree with you @KarolT

How can you have deleted the most funniest part of taking an application video? You should record them again (LOL)

Oh, don’t take me seriously, not in this thread. I am sure next year you will save the bloopers for a video of fun.

A big hug, my friend

I am not experienced videomaker. I prefer classic photography…

But making app. Video there is a good feedback for personal presentation in public space…

Have nice evening @ErmesT:heart_eyes: :it: :wine_glass:

Haha, a serious face can be funniest than everything else, @fasi6083 , especially because during the preparation of the video we are all very concentrate, we want to show the best of us. Two years ago I was running out of time because I didn’t understood that the place was so noisy, and I had to record everything again after a week… I was extremely serious and nervous. This is what makes it funny, the possibility to laugh of our mistakes

Haha, @OliverKIWI

Yes the spring was funny because I was really worried about to fall inside the water, so I wasn’t thinking too much about the script.

What about your experience?

Thank you so much for your video, @IrenePiedra . Our mind can become blank in no time, and I forgot everything so many times…

When we watch the finished product, everything appears so natural… But we have to put a lot of effort in there.

You’ve got a lot of smiles. Well done. I am happy that you had fun watching this long series. As you can see, you are not alone

Best of luck for your application

Is the water drinkable? @ErmesT My first shot, technically was a little bit challenging, my assistants (my daughter and my son) each of them tried a dozen times. Some of the shots are too quick, some are to slow, some has wrong exposure. Seemed really hard to find Goldilock’s “just right” moment. I had to change the camera. I used my phone instead which makes thing so much easier. My other challenge is a monologue in front of a whole lot of tourists. I found this was so embarrassing because I have to say everything really loud. I tried one spot. There was one family just beside me. I was looking at the camera, but I felt like 10 million eyes were looking at me LOL. I then changed to another spot with fewer people. This time it was better. I finally made it phew!!

Great that you wanted to bring a smile to the people who lost someone on this terrible crisis, @ravindus , this is absolutely important. Congratulations

Well done, nice editing, you got millions of smiles here too.

Regarding your questions, I can respond about the pillow (but please keep the secret).

The pillow was part of the settings on the rooms prepared on the Connect Live evening lounge last year.

We filmed on my room at Marriott hotel, to have a part of the videos for this year’s application. I filmed much more, but I can’t share that contents, because Karen can decide to use that parts in the future

More than water it was mud, @OliverKIWI , and I was really worried about to fall in there and to complete the recording completely soaked.

It seems your recording was plenty of “adventures” too.

I had a lot of fun too, when the people stopped around me, to see the “television” in action. With all my Google badges, my wife behind the camera, speaking in English (that is not the language of my country), my script under the camera, all the countdown.

Haha! We have bottled Italian spring water sold here in NZ - wonder what the bottling site looks like.

Yeah, I can imagine it’s super awkward filming in a public space and speaking foreign language LOL!

BTW, what camera did you use? @ErmesT

Compiling a video is something that I have already in my mind @Tejal

More video we have, more will be the fun. Do you wants to share the bloopers your application too?

Of course, it will be nice if you share also your “official” video. You can do it here
