Noodles vs Rice , which one your choice ?

caption: taking food noodles photography

Fellow local guides let’s me ask to you , what is the staple food in your country , rice , noodles, bread ,wheat ?

In my country Indonesia ,rice is popular staple food , seriously . The second staple food I think is noodles , ( that’s why brand noodles Ind*mie so famous ) .

By the way about rice ,one of old stereotype for us is " rice is main food " so eating any noodles or bread is just a snack LOL .

For this times , mindset is slowly changed, lot of various food show to us we have lot of variant food as main food .

But honestly for my self I don’t why but rice is my mandatory list of food .

In Nigeria, different region has different staple foods. Like in Enugu it is Abacha.

In Umuahia it is Achara soup

downloadedimage of Achara soup.

However, like I said on my Wedding Guest post, Garri and Rice are two ideal foods that should be present in every Nigerian house.

Noodles entered Nigeria, in 21st century and has won the heart of many.

Due to the fact it is a processed food and it is somewhat carcinogenic, many people has decided to minimize consumption. :slightly_smiling_face:
