In many icecream parlours they provide plastic spoons,straws which are not acceptable but they serve it with ice cream or with shakes.
I always prefer ice cream parlor where I got steel or wooden cutlery.
Raj Mandir icecream parlour is very old and famous icecream parlour at Kolhapur which provides many different types of ice creams, shrikhand,amrakhand, basundi and shakes from many years.
They serve their ice cream with steel utensils and glass utensils with steel cutlery.
