On February 27 at 6:30 AM I had 11,440 points and by 2 PM I saw my points had been reduced to 11,011. I have noticed for some time that my points would not show up after answering questions or leaving reviews, after the activity my points would spin up and show how many were earned. I would check my profile a couple days later and my points total had not changed. Now with a reduction of over 400 points I finally decided to try and find some answers. If Google or anyone can reach out to me so I can figure out what’s going on. Thank you.

About your issue,I can’t say for sure what happened,nevertheless I had a case of a particular local guide who had the same issue right. It wasn’t reported or tackled in anyway.
The issue rectified itself and the point got restored again. Could you please monitor it for a day or 2 more and get back to us on this post please? If its still the same or worse we can then do something about it. Sorry for your loss and thank you for your understanding.

the only thing that I can add to @SholaIB post is suggestion a quick (but deep) read at the POLICY.
In some case the system can delete some pictures and, if this happen, our points or level can decrease.
Looking at your pictures:
this and many others are not acceptable. You can not upload the same picture twice or more times (as I saw).
This can happen when you upload photos.
So, just check them and you’ll see in future that the “points” are not decreasing.
