Hi, feel that my mission as a google local guide is to help fill the holes. I like to add the information that’s missing from google maps and online directories, sadly in Israel, there is plenty of work. Simple things that are common everywhere else are still missing from the online world here like doctors office hours, and questions like is it handicap accessible. I try to add places to the map, I fill in the missing info where I can and add pictures where I must. I’m not a photographer, and I know that most people can take better photos, but some times you just have to, right! In my time a guide I have been to over 30 countries and been lucky enough to take some amazing photos that have over 1 million views! I know its shocking. I never thought that by doing something so simple and not time-consuming I could reach that many people. Bottom line, I like being a guide, I like helping the community, I like being a tiny part of what makes Google awesome. I hope you enjoy it too.
