Mountain Brews & Forest Views: A Chai Pe Charcha Tale

Just like @TusharSuradkar Dada, whose ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ series I admire, I want to share my own snippet of the tea, talks, and togetherness.

In relation to my previous post regarding this beautiful place, Raghuveer Ghat there is a small hotel at the ghat which serves breakfast and lunch to the travelers. location also mentioned in that post, The hotel’s view is simply breathtaking and adds charm to the already rich experience.Today, @Ratnesh.Remje , one of our LG mates, and I choose to go to the ghat for its exceptional beauty and lovely weather. As we sipped tea, we shared captivating tales of our adventures. We stayed for an hour and thoroughly enjoyed our time.

During romantic and ordinary rainy days, there is something special while sipping chai which transforms even further when surrounded with nature. On a little tea stall on top of a foggy mountain, our ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ Transform when surrounded by dense woods, fog, waterfalls .Along with the sounds of water hitting the leaves, our ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ transforms to beautifull memories. Combined with warm chai and jokes amongst friend, along with community as gentle as the mountain breeze, my life was supremely joyful calmness. Sometimes, all that’s needed to life is good company together in stunning locations and a cup of tea.

Thank you ,I appreciate @MathanVibranarayan your thoughtful response. As we discussed, I will work on organizing a meetup for all of us at this wonderful site located in the Konkan region. The view of the Sahyadri mountains will definitely make our tea time with you and fellow LG colleagues more special, and I can’t wait to enjoy that moment with you all.

Local guides waited for a long time for the meetup in Konkan, but later they forgot it, and you as well, dear @Praniketmore, because you chose to be inactive on Connect.

It is heartily accepted since everyone has their personal commitment.

But it is delightful to see that you are active on Connect, and we can meet in Bengaluru for the meetup.

Excellent post on Connect and congratulations on writing a post on ‘Chai pe Charcha’ Challenge. :bouquet:

Chai Pe Charcha was very enjoyable. Connecting over it was a great experience. :hot_beverage::blush:

In particular, I found our discussion about how the Konkan region is still largely unexplored fascinating. There is so much to uncover: the Konkani culture, the temples (which have immense religious and spiritual value), and the folk tales and legends (dant kathayein) that have been narrated for generations.
Let’s make plans to explore more and make those stories part of the global narrative. :palm_tree::sparkles:
Konkan deserves its spotlight!

Yes, @TusharSuradkar dada due to some personal and professional reasons, I couldn’t stay active on Connect for a while but now i re-engage with our amazing LG community.
I am equally excited to be back and looking forward to meeting all of you in Bengaluru. Thank you for your support regarding my Chai pe Charcha post.

Indeed @Rjratesh , a good number of sites in Konkan are still off the grid, don’t appear on Google Maps, or not that prominent. Now, we can explore those unexplored areas and present the beauty of our Konkan region to the world, its traditional places and rich culture. For this we are fortunate that one of our senior fellow local guides, who is also from Konkan, @Shrut19 tai , is guiding us.
