As a foodie and dessert lover, using Google Maps to find popular dessert shops is one of my favorite things to do. I decided to participate in this #monthlytopic because it is right up my alley. Two of my favorite places to get dessert in Abuja are Vintage Cafe and Nosta Cafe. This is beacuse they both offer a wide range of sweet treats, ice cream and dessert.
NOSTA CAFE
Nosta Cafe is bright and open cafe which offers two of my favorite sweet treats in Abuja. They are a Strawberry Sundae and a Banana Split. The Strawberry Sundae is a sweet dessert which features layers of ice cream, whipped cream, strawberry puree and fresh strawberries. The Banana Split is three bananas topped with 3 flavours of ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, caramel sauce and fresh strawberries. Both desserts are great for sharing with friends and family because each is far too filling and delicious to be enjoyed alone. You can find my review of Nosta Cafe here
VINTAGE CAFE
Vintage Cafe is very warm and cozy cafe nestled in Wuse 2, Abuja. I always visit here to get some work done and also indulge in some of favorite treats like their White Hot Chocolate, Hot Chocolate and Fluffy Beignets. The white hot chocolate is absolutely divine and features melted white chocolate topped with cocoa powder, marshmallows and white chocolate shavings. The Hot Chcocolate is topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. The Beignets are fluffy pillows of dough topped with endless amounts of powdered sugar. Lastly, the “18+ cake” has a rather interesting name that is too R-Rated to be named. The cake is topped with caramel syrup, raisins, chocolate balls and a sweet cream frosting.
P.S.
This post is inspired by @HiroyukiTakisawa as a #monthlytopic of September 2020 which theme is sweets in your region and the post could be either sweets or popular dessert shops in your region. Please feel to free to use the photo for your recap if necessary or useful.

Between the two cafes, it is a very tough choice but if I had to pick a number 1, it would definitely be Nosta Cafe which is truly heaven for sweet lovers.
Your baba dudu is something I look forward to making very soon but the problem is finding such a large quantity of condensed milk. This is my first time joining the #monthlytopic and I look forward to more topics. I will definitely be attending your meetup and thank you for the invitation @SholaIB
This is the one I used. It’s easy to find. Maybe at jabi lake mall or some or some of those shoprite in Abuja. I believe you’ll find it there. Am excited about your coming to the meet up. Look forward to see you there. I remember we were at a meetup together somewhere.
You write explicitly well @Zino I’m drooling already. What a beautiful post and amazing pictures. I hope @HiroyukiTakisawa will be glad to read your monthly topic.
