Desde hace unos 5 años aproximadamente la Av. Emilio Castro limite entre el barrio de Mataderos y Liniers en la ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires se transformo en un polo gastronómico, pasando de tener en 10 cuadras unos pocos bares a estar plagado de hamburgueserías/cervecerías y locales gastronómicos.
