As many said, the issue seems to be already fixed for several people, so I think we should wait.
If you want to help more, can you kindly tell us “where” are the points missing?
I mean, according to what we see on your contribution list, your actual points are in line with what we see.
It means that some of your contribution is missing. Can you tell us where? Reviews, photos, or what?
用我的帳號,我可以看到 500則評論 ,與9000張相片,但是用其他的帳號 70則評論, 5000 張相片. its never fixed. you can see I am Lvevl 9. but detial is not.
@mika_nieh , I don’t think your problem is related to what mentioned in this conversation.
More than 430 of your reviews and 3200 of your photos are made private, however in your visible photos and videos there are so many contents that are against the rules (redundancy, duplicate, blurred, off topic) that I honestly believe more and more photos should be removed.
My suggestion for you is to deeply review your contributions, and remove what is against the rules.
In that way you may be able to keep your local guide account, that in this moment is seriously at risk

my review and picture 有問題的不會超過20%(almost in EU) ,但是卻是把沒有問題的也隱藏了. for example my picture and review in japan is no prolbem last year , it hide in 2023-10. why? it’s unreasonable. I donot think my picture have problem more than 3200.

Here below just a small example of what Google define redundant. As the additional photos are not adding any additional information, only one should be added, not seven.
The same situation can be found several times.
A lot of photos are blurred, and a lot are posted more than once.
What mentioned above is considered by Google a serious violation of the rules, that can end in the removal from the program.

Dear sir @ErmesT ji i already mention as per my knowledge Bard, okay Bard is AI, & AI industries alot of changes in last few days & maybe coming days comes more changes as news & Google is already doing lot of experiments & update in their products as per news & All products is under Google 's umbrella so maybe technical error occurred then restore the point, yesterday my point reduced in evening & let night restore all the point, & again right now same issue my point again reduce 14000 to 10000 so what can I say, it’s some technical error , maybe hopefully points restore.
I lost roughly 35000 google local guide points suddenly. I was close to 90,000 and working toward level 10 and I was dropped down to roughly 54000. Is there a system problem in Google maps? I haven’t done anything that would violate there rules.

If you have not deleted any reviews and/or photos, most likely your points will get re-instated as it had happened with other LGs as well. You can see here the points were re-instated. There could be some technical glitch which can be sorted out in few hours or in couple of days.
There could be a possibility of Points getting deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of content policy. Contributions that violate policies do not count toward your Local Guides level as well.

We had a lot of posts about the same issues, so as a standard we merge all of them together, to keep Connect organised and to be all informed by Google when the issue will be over for everyone
I lost roughly 35000 points as well for no reason. Very frustrating working so hard to improve maps. I hope it’s just a glitch and gets reinstated.
