I’m happy you found it useful and interesting.
The flag is calculated based on recent location. So after I spend Christmas on Tenerife my flag was incorrectly changed to Spain.
You can just reach out to the owner (who I don’t know who is) and ask if he will help you with the flag issue. He did it for me.

@AdamGT I’m glad to see the return on this data and that it has become a recurring Leaderboard! I enjoyed the original version of Movers and Shakers a couple years ago and always hoped it would make a return.
Oh boy, @AdamGT , the regular leaderboards weren’t enough to motivate some competition, this is a straight up challenge post! Those monthly points numbers are incredible. I’ve gotta get outside.
@AdamGT you always inspire us with new ideas for leaderboards, Movers and Shakers is really interesting one 
Thanks for your comment @Mikeinthefalls . Yes we had the Movers and Shakers leaderboards two years ago but with all this, it’s a question of time and effort and sadly I had to drop them at the time when I was struggling with the Google Form issues. However, I’m pleased that you also like them and moving the points, views and star photo into the one collection, a post of their own, I think makes a lot of sense and gives the Movers and Shakers leaderboards legs of their own. I do plan to expand the metrics in the Movers& Shakers with the hope of making them even more interesting and more useful.
Yes it is a straight up challenge post @JustJake but I also think it fills a bit of the gap behind what is happening on the other boards and in particular, my hope is that it will give some great insights into why our star photos are as they are and we may see this earlier than we would otherwise be able to see. Stay tuned

The Movers & Shakers leaderboards are a reincarnation @Mo_TravelleerX but I’m glad that you appreciate the idea behind them and that these leaderboards give some inspiration.

The Movers & Shakers are certainly interesting boards @Chuytorres-alc and in particular, as you mention, the rise & fall of the star photo and I’ve spoken before quite a lot about this aspect and you are so right, if we plot the data you will indeed see the strong similarity to Young’s Modulus of Elasticity Curve and that turning/breaking point is very much akin to when our star photos become what I have referred to as red stars (see here). I know well that this level of detail is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I think it really is amazing to think that we are looking at and analyzing our photos in such detail and I believe that it is from this that we can learn a lot about how we can improve the quality of our photo contributions on Maps as well as the outcomes achieved in terms of views and impact on our communities. There are Local Guides, and then there are Local Guides 
By the way, I’ve mentioned/hinted about these curves before for example, in discussions with @tony_b in my comment here. Also, if you have access to the advanced T100 System features you will soon see these star photo tables and curves in the Star Photos>Vitals section of the T100 System. If you’re not aware of these features then I suggest that you might have a read of some of these articles and perhaps even have a chat with fellow Mexicano @LightRich who uses and indeed has a very strong understanding of the benefits of these advanced features.
Absolutely love this new series @AdamGT ! I mean, I already told you, but I love it so much, had to mention it again.
It is painful to see my numbers going down on my (red) star photo, but as someone mentioned, I can see all the other opportunities and focus on the areas I can improve.
Can’t wait to see them evolve. I know this just makes your job (can’t really call it that since you’re not getting paid lol) volunteer effort even greater, but it is definitely helping a lot of people get motivated and that is something amazing.

I’m really hoping to get to a VIP level this month that will let see more analysis.

Regarding wanting to see more features, the T100 System’s VIP Check facility is your best friend.
@Rednewt74 Your VIP level and your regular Local Guides level are separate numbers. How high did you attain this month? It is easier now than a few months ago, as the @AdamGT system aka Dexter, tells you exactly what else you need to do in order to move up.
