Local Guide perks went missing in transit

Hello All,

I am creating this post due to an experience that I recently had. I was contacted by Google stating that your contributions in October unlocked a special perk. Now that had a set of instructions that I followed correctly and it was confirmed that my gift was to be shipped to my desired location, however its been February and I haven’t received anything that was mentioned in the email. Can anyone amongst you please be kind and guide me a way by which I can track/reapply for the aforementioned perk?

Also, date of email received was on 11/09/2020 and I reverted within the expiry timeline.

Please remove all tags to moderators but one. You are not supposed to tag more than one.
