Level 8 Local Guide (35k Points/11M Views) Not Receiving Perks Emails - Settings Verified

This is clearly mention that i have already verified and enabled my account-level email preferences and device notification settings on my mail.I am a Level 8 Local Guide from India. I have been contributing to the program for over 5 years, reaching 35,000+ points and accumulating over 11 million views on my contributions.

Despite my active status and high-level milestones, I have never received any perks or reward emails from the Local Guides program.

I have already verified all my backend settings and confirmed they are correct:

  1. My Local Guides home settings have “Receive updates about rewards” turned on.
  2. My Google Account notification switches for “Perks”, “Contributions”, and “News” are all toggled on.
  3. I have regularly checked my Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders, but no emails from the Local Guides team are arriving.

Could a Google Community Manager or Moderator please look into my profile status to verify if my account is fully synced with the rewards distribution list, or if there is an issue with my email delivery?

Please know that perks have never been a given. In fact, Google Maps stopped sending out physical perks in 2023.

This document made it more clear that we cannot expect performance/level rewards. It mentioned No rewards.
