What an awesome picture @Carchi .

You are saying that these towers became a new silhouette of Madrid. Does it mean that they are newly built?

The Four Towers were built between 2004 y 2009.

It is always a difficult question if those new architecture buildings should be built in the city center next to the old architecture. Seems like you decided for it in Madrid.

I am from the Czech Republic and in our capital city Prague this would not be allowed, because we decided to keep the city center historical.

I agree with you , nevertheless these towers are far from the center but it is true that if you look at Madrid some kms afar the only thing that stands out is The Four Towers .

I’ve never allowed to built those towers.

Haha @Carchi I would call it rather name or nickname.

Calling it numero or number reminds me of large corporations where employees are often referred to as numbers.

These large corporations usually reside in buildings like Las Cuatro Torres. Have you ever worked in a similar place?
