Today I am going to complete @AjitThite Sir jiβs Khaana Khazaana! β A Flavorful Challenge, the credit for which goes to my cook . I have just helped a little bit in this.
Here I want to make it clear that this is not my traditional food. Since I am in Jotana right now, I canβt tell you about Litti Chokha (but you read it, which is written by @MerlinThomas), but I will try to write about it.
Process 
- To prepare fish, first of all we will buy fish from the market and clean it properly. And then we will put turmeric on it. Now we will prepare it for frying.
- Fry the fish until it turns light red.
- Fry the fish and take it out. And take out the spices (ingredients) mentioned below and make a paste. Roast the spices in a pan until they start burning slightly.
- Cumin Powder
- Cardamom
- Garam Masala
- Fish Masala
- Now add some water and cook the spices. After some time, add the roasted fish to it.
- Congratulations, your fish curry is ready, sprinkle some coriander leaves on the curry and enjoy.
