I made it a habit to regularly check for new edits in and around Copenhagen. As you can see above I turn off the Hours tab. PS it’s only on Android this filtering is possible. IOS and PC are lacking behind.
If I do it once or twice a day it is easy to keep the orange markers at bay.
I do it mainly because I got super frustrated that my edits took way to long to get published. So I hope this is appreciated by others? Who else are so hooked on Google Maps to do this? Any suggestions as to how more local guides can be motivated to keep their areas green from pending edits?

Hi @MortenCopenhagen ,
Thank you for sharing your way to make Google Maps even more useful place for others.
I recommend creating a meet-up on our meet-up site and interested Local Guides in your area can indicate their interest via RSVP. You can share your meet-up more widely on your social channels, which may garner your friends or family to become Local Guides too!
Some more information that may be helpful, especially if it’s your first time hosting:
Meanwhile I am going to move your post to the Local Stories section of Connect, since this is the place where other Local Guides share their experience and stories how they contribute on Google Maps.

Thanks @MadhaPS. I will take a closer look at the links you suggested. Also thanks for the move. I guess it takes time to figure out where to post.
You are very welcome @MortenCopenhagen .
