There is a issue posting images. Not ble to post them from past week. As always the app crashes

I’d like to ask you to check the network connection, close all tabs and clear cache and cookies. What kind of device are you using? Do you experience it on phone and desktop too?

In addition to the information requested by @Petra_M , to better understand your issue I have some additional questions:
- Are you talking about adding images in Google maps or here in Connect? If in Google Maps, is this happening with all the POIs or with a specific one?
- Where are the images that you are trying to post stored? On your device or in Google photos?
- Can you add a screenshot of the procedure you are using

Thank you for responding. Network is fine. No problems with cache as such. I had uploaded two days before the problem started. Also, as much I love using the local guides connect app, the app crashes a lot for no reason and it is very slow. I use android OnePlus now. It was the same before when I used Iphone 7 as well.

The issue with the connect app. Google maps is very friendly and easy and fast to use. Connect is very slow loading time and always crashes making me loose everything I had typed and I have to re do it again.
Connect is not really an app - it is actually just a website. If you use Connect via an icon on the home screen on your phone you may want to try reaching Connect via a simple bookmark in your browser instead. I got rid of some problems when I abandoned the “fake” Connect app. But there might be other problems also.

I agree with @MortenCopenhagen , what you call App is a pseudo App built by your browser, and the use generates more issues than benefits. You can freely uninstall it, and use directly your browser. To access the community simply bookmark the next link: https://www.localguidesconnect.com/
Regarding the issue with uploading photos, please be aware that in Connect we have some limitations in adding photos:
- Size, limited to 3,024 KB
- Number of photos, limited to 1000 photos for every account
The size is the most common issue, and is probably the reason of the message that you call “crash”. I personally use Snapseed to resize my photos on mobile

In any case, when you are having issues by composing a post, please be aware that one copy of the post is saved in draft. To find it, click on "My profile " then click on the “draft” tab
Personally, when I have to write a post, I compose everything on Google Docs then I paste the content in my post in Connect.
