Born and raised in the UAE, Indian by roots, now in the third year in Germany and based in Hamburg. Being a Local Guide keeps all these worlds connected in one place. From tiny cafés in Hamburg to supermarkets in Dubai and hidden corners in India, the goal is to help the next person feel a little less lost.

Earlier today I read that the EU will strive reduce the travel time between Berlin and Copenhagen to 3 hours by train. That might mean even shorter travel times between Copenhagen and Hamburg😜

They call me Nikkie and I was born and raised in Manchester, NH. PLZ forgive me for I am so new to all this.I need to catch my barrings and get familiar with the whole layout of everything. Honestly I’m a little overwhelmed but I’m going to go with the flow here. Wish me luck!! Also my Birthday is tomorrow and I’m turning the big 50..
The introduction topic was which of my posts/reviews where my favorite and why? Well I’ve just started and have like 3 reviews but Beacon on Brook Street in Manchester has stood out. It is a nonprofit domestic violence shelter for women and child. The staff are a group of amazing women who are treating the residents with the unconditional love of God. They also have a walk-in support center out back that is intended to be a safe place for those in need to come and take a shower,do laundry and get a little bit to eat and so much more. I’m amazed by their acts of service and kindness. They are always looking for women volunteers for the center and men to head up outreach to the homeless weekly. Thank you for your warm welcome and can’t wait to get to know each of you. Have a blessed day.
