Hello Local Guides :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I’m so happy to share that I am hosting a special accessibility meetup at Delhi Airport as part of the Accessible Airports Challenge started by our friend @AnshukMitra :airplane:

I feel proud to be part of this because airport is not just a place for travel, but it’s like a first or last place where someone feel about a city. It should be open for all, specially for people who need more support That’s why I say, Accessibility is not extra it’s must

  • Date: 17 SEPTEMBER 2025

  • :round_pushpin:Place: Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi

  • :eyes: Focus: We will explore ramps, lifts, signage, entry gates, and more. If we see any Braille signs or good facility, I will surely highlight it :folded_hands:

After meetup, I will post RECAP with photos and share my review on Google Maps also with accessibility info.

@PrinceKumar @AnshukMitra great to see you guys visiting IG airport at Delhi. Gather more persons there. Get some intresting pics. You see any facilities for baby feeding room, any washroom rooms for transgender specifically or any decoration that’s makes sense as a capital airport. Lifts and ramps for physical disabled persons. Get explore your lens. Let’s watch with u soon.
