[In-Person] India, May 31, Accessible Delhi Metro

Hi everyone,
I’m happy to announce the Accessible Delhi Metro Meet-up, part of my ongoing effort to explore public spaces through the lens of accessibility.

This will be the fifth meet-up in my Accessible Metro Series, and Delhi marks the fourth city after Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Jaipur. Each city brings its own lessons—and Delhi Metro, being one of the busiest, will be interesting to observe.

We’ll meet at New Delhi Metro Station at 5:00 PM and explore areas like entry/exit points, elevators, ramps, signage, restrooms, and ticket counters from an accessibility standpoint. The goal is to see how inclusive the experience is for all.

If you’re around and would like to join in, you’re most welcome. It’s a casual walk-and-observe kind of meet-up—just real conversations and honest observations.

Let’s connect, share, and learn from the space around us.
