I realized this is for something

I have always enjoyed sharing my opinion. With friends, family at work and even when performing my hobbies opening a fun discussion about things you enjoy and share with others is a great way to connect with people. Then i got this invitation at random, I click it and thought “Yeah there is a place more people need to know about” so i began my contributions.

I’ll be honest, Mexico City can be seen as a swarm of amazing places to eat, from one corner to another at La del Valle you can find a dozen of amazing restaurants. You can hop down a buss at Coapa and find the best Tacos de Canasta in the world or just walk from a friends appartment to find yourself drinking and amazing tepache and consuming tortas at San Jeronimo that makes you consider how you have been able to survive with out them.

Being able to tell one or two people that those places exist is needed, this are skills talents, flavors and seasonings that should thrive and be known. From the best tacos at my local hood, across that small breakfast place hidden a couple of blocks away from the Baltimore Convention center, to a suden traditional food treasure with a peasant on its door at Stuttgart all this places, all this people all this skills and dedication have to be known. I began sharing because of that, never thought it would reach people and yet suddenly twelve thousand people saw a picture.

It was true as down throw into up air, legit as the Justin Wong comeback over Yipes, the reason that I looked to bring to all this places was happening. I really dont care about getting the likes or the shares, the importance comes from the fact that more people know this place exist and that they will have such a rich experience in them Food is our fuel, becomes part of us, make us go round and round so yeah its more than important. Born from a culture of good food and unlimited flavors had taught me that and I will be always more than happy and honored to share that teaching as far as I can.
