For the past few days, I am receiving notifications from Google Maps that I’m among the top 10% of eatery reviewers in Google. I would like to know 10% of where - my city or state or country? As 80% of my reviews and photos in Google Maps are food related, I am a bit curious.
The notifications I am receiving are like the image above.

I only leave reviews a few times a year and yet also received the same notification. Because of this I’m assuming it’s at city level or smaller.
I came here wondering the same thing. I don’t review that much. Is this real, or is this a marketing tactic? Warm fuzzy effect.
I receive this message too, although I do review a lot of restaurants & I genuinely enjoy reviewing restaurants. I wouldn’t be surprised if the message is algorithmically based with the purpose of getting us to review more restaurants (eg, create more platform content).
Ok so more than 10% of people ranked in the top 10% of fast food restaurant reviewers like how is this even happening tell me help me TELL ME HELP ME PLEASE
I got the same thing. But I think I win. Let’s all share a photo of there “places” in your timeline.
I recived the same thing also on bars but I have no Idea if its real or just to keep us going
