From the last December, I don’t receive any email from Google local guides for obtaining 100k+ views for photos or anything else. Recently I complained to localguides’ email twice but there is no reply yet. So, I am tired of reporting this same problem. I think one of this community will help me to get rid of this problem too.

Hi @user_not_found I’m curious why you expect an email at 100K views? There isn’t one that I’m aware of.
Is the Google account you use with Local Guides a personal account or a GSuite account? If it is GSuite your administrator might be blocking the emails. Note: personal GStuite is ok as long as you keep paying but corporate GSuite should be avoided for Local Guides because when you leave the employment you would lose that account.
Do you get the monthly email which recaps your month in Maps? I recommend opening your gmail (the same one you use with Local Guides) and search for these two addresses - they mails might be in your spam or bin
I get two: one about my timeline (you’ll only get this if you have timeline turned on and you’ve agreed to have it in your Maps settings (not Local Guides settings - they’re separate).

All local guides usually receive an email monthly which describes their monthly contributions.
I am also received that email but now, I don’t receive it since last September.
I reported this on LG connect mentioning even connect moderators.
The only answer I received is to set email preferences correctly in local guide setting page. But they were set correctly even when I checked whether they are correct.
Even though Google is one of the biggest technical companies it failed to solve my problem yet.
I would be obliged if someone can solve this problem as soon as possible.
Hi @user_not_found I had that problem too from the past month, what I noticed is that email ar sent to us, is just that they get hidden inside your mail box or other parts of your emails such as Social, Promotions under Primary and mostly Junk.

Currently I have Promotions opened which is number 3 circled with a red color. I hope this will helpful to you, you just need to check all the corners of your emails. You might be having them just like me. Thank you.
How nice to meet at Conncet @Raphael-Mahumane . Thank you for replying but I have no promotion tab or any other tab except inbox because I removed them because I had to face a problem which is indifferent to yours. I searched my mails for
Do you have a desktop computer @user_not_found ? and if not you will need to go to all mails and check there, I am not sure what is the effect of removing promotions, I hope moderators will be able to intervene and assist here. About meeting during Connect live 2018, that was a wonderful experience!
Thank you @user_not_found for bringing this topic to the front as I also face the same problem.My last update was in March not that it’s a big issue as I can always check my progress on maps under my contributions. As suggested by @Raphael-Mahumane I also checked all my folders and searched the spam folders and the results that come are for the March update. So we are also looking forward to your solution as it will help others also.
Thanks for answering @user_not_found next question (and I’m sorry if this seems obvious) do you run more than one gmail account? Are you logged into the same account for Local Guides and gmail?
Finally, if you go to your inbox in gmail if you search for (without the quotes) “noreply-local-guides” do you find anything?
