I cannot see my Contributions

I am level 10(259,000) Local Guides in Seoul, Korea

Now, I cannot see my Contribute page on the Google Map.

It just shows ‘Looks like you’re offline’.

I cannot even see my Edit List.

I have made dozens of requests to the support center about this situation.

However, I didn’t get the answer properly.

What should I do?

I can see your contributions @KevinKo they are still there. It looks like your mobile phone company or perhaps something else on your phone is blocking access to the App. I would try going to maps.google.com in a browser and if that works make sure the Maps app is up to date by clearing its cache and data then uninstalling and reinstalling it from Playstore.

Let us know if the problem persists.

I can clearly see your contributions on desktop, @KevinKo

Please check your connectivity, and most important, do the following:

Make sure to have the last version of the App

Logout from your account in Google maps

Clear the cache

Login again

If it doesn’t work please let us know

I could not see my contributions on mobile Google Map App.

Hi @KevinKo

I believe your main concern is that you are unable to see your List of edits. Correct?

This happens from time to time for heavy contributors like you and me.

Please see this post where I reported the problem:

My list of edits is gone!

I can confirm that the problem is currently affecting me and others too.

As long as you can see your photos and your profile picture I don’t think you should worry.

I cleared the cache after logout from my account in Google Maps.

Lets try without the Maps app, if you open up your browser on your phone and open maps.google.com do you see your contributions @KevinKo

It would be really helpful if you would always use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect.

When you say Contributions do you mean List of Edits or all your different kinds of contributions?

It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot from your desktop where you see what you can’t see in the App.

I already checked my contribution on the browser without Maps App.

I can see my contribution on the web site maps.google.com with browser on my phone.

When I clicked this link and chose “open in Maps app”, my profile page of Google map was opened.

I don’t think It’s a network problem.

It is certainly strange @KevinKo I think we’ve covered all the basic stuff and I think we probably need to escalate this. Let me raise it internally and we’ll see what happens.
