This hands-on meet-up cum workshop aims to build practical skills for writing quality Connect posts and meet-up proposals, helping Local Guides express their ideas clearly, creatively, and impactfully.
The workshop will be conducted in hybrid mode, allowing both in-person and virtual participation, with continuous mentor support.

Live demo of writing a Connect post & meet-up proposal, covering:
- Selecting a topic
- Structuring content
- Text formatting options available while writing a post on Connect
- Inserting links, photos, and videos
- Best practices for readability and engagement
12:30 – 1:00 PM | Topic Selection Activity
- Participants select their own topic for:
A Connect post or
A meet-up proposal - Guidelines on using maximum features demonstrated during the session
- Clarification of expectations for the workshop writing task

1:30 – 3:30 PM | Draft Preparation Session
- Participants begin writing their Connect post or meet-up proposal
