I personally like to give a review based on: quality of food; quality of service; location; price
Obviously, on big chain there are two constant elements: quality of food and price, as they are related to the standard level of the group. I may love McDonald’s, or I may go there just because is the only place available for my lunch, my evaluation of food and price will not change. But of course location and service may vary from place to place.
That’s why I wrote an idea about Multiple stars to rate a business for improving the information to the customers
This will give us the possibility of a better classification of the business
