पाणी पुरी…वाहः…पाणी सुटले तोंडाला… खूप छान कृती सादर केलीस भावा… आम्ही पण केली होती घरीच :yum: … घरी तयार केले कि मनभरून खाता येते…नाही का :yum: ?.. फोटो जोडला आहे.

It is not meant to be fried - put in the microwave: oil-free panipuris :+1:

Looks like you don’t face the problem of consuming oil, - at least I don’t, I consume a lot of fried food daily :grin:

It’s my wife who looks out constantly for such hacks :smile:

Hi @TusharSuradkar मोठा चमचा असलेल्या बाउल मध्ये हिरवा वाटण्याचे मिश्रण आहे (जसे रगडा) आणि दुसर्या वाटीत चिंच आणि खजूर चे पाणी आहे तिसर्या वाटीत मिरचीचे पाणी. मस्त वाटते घरी खायला… :yum: पुरी घरी बनवत असतो पण फोटो मधील पुरी घरी तळलेली आहे जशी तुमच्या पोस्ट मध्ये आहे तशीच… घरी बनवलेल्या पुरीचा एक फोटो जोडत आहे…

Wow Dear @TusharSuradkar , you hv bring Golguppas/ Pani puri to this global platform. No one can b considered as an indian, if they haven’t had golgappas/ panipuri. During lock-down, we hv missed to enjoyed it at street-side golgappe sensor, so we cooked at home. I m sharing here Two Clicks of home-made Golguppas.

Time to reply your very nice post @TusharSuradkar .sorry I have been busy with work and life again. Our cases are dying out here thanks to the tropical weather maybe yet we are still careful.

Actually you know, we have a couple of SMALL VENDORS, (even near our house & Ofice) who are experts, we enjoy Golguppas/ Pani puri, at least once in a week… - this info is for you too… @TusharSuradkar
