Pani Puri also called Gol Gappe is the most popular street-side snack in India.
Before consuming the puri, it is filled with a preparation of mashed potato with spices and then filled with spiced water.
Ingredients and Recipe to make Pani-Puri at home.
The pani-puri chips are available in the market in a pack as shown below.
These can be inflated in a microwave by keeping the setting to reheat or defrost.
The pani can be prepared from simple drinking water mixed with finely crushed pudina i.e. mint, Dhaniya i.e. coriander and Mirchi i.e. chilies.
Additionally boiled chana i.e. black chickpeas and mashed potato are also added when consuming.
As seen in the top picture, ready-made chat masala and pani-puri masala is also available in the market that can be added for flavor.

I have seen that post before in June.
It was a nice experiment where @NareshDarji Bhai inspired him to try Pani-Puri.
Yes, the title by him is nice and descriptive because that is what he found panipuri to be like.
My article assumes that readers know what panipuri is and I am only trying to explain how to prepare and enjoy it at home during these lockdown days using mostly read-made ingredients like ready panipuri papad and ready panipuri masala. Also, a different suggestion is to use a microwave instead of frying the puri in oil.
But I am a bit puzzled as to why you barged in here and did not comment a single line about my post but instead are describing everything about some other article, its author, title, and so on? What purpose does that serve?
