How to get to unknown natural and awesome places in Santander, Colombia!

I am passionate about natural places, specifically those that i find in Santander, Colombia. Here you can find Extreme sports or just hang out on the top of a mountain, perfect scenario!

I live in Bucaramanga, Santander and everytime i have time to, i go on a roadtrip to know a new place, by place i mean waterfalls, caves, water ells and so on. Places that in most cases are unknown by a lot of people! not fair!

For example, this video is from Gámbita, Santander, on 'La humeadora Waterfall’, just 5 hours from Bucaramanga, it worth every step!

It is a very challenging task get to the right place specially if it’s not a common tourism spot, and same to find a good place to rest and get tourism advice. That is because most of small towns in Santander don’t have good internet access and ironically, their income is almost all from tourism activities.

Google maps it’s the most useful tool to get information about routes and places nowadays, so that’s why i start local guiding, to succesfully connect nature lovers with most beautiful places in my region.

This was the first and now the most powerful reason i have to share my trips and experiences with Google, because people in little towns need our help to be recognized and visited. They need us and undoubtedly we all need to go at least once to see Chicamocha’s canyon, Manto de la virgen, Tizquizoque’s windows, Juan curi’s waterfalls and a lot more places that our planet created for us to enjoy!.

Don’t hesitate on coming, you will love it as much as i do.

I love sharing natural places from Santander, Colombia!
